This Industry Advisory Board includes key leaders: Steve DeMots, Kerry Dunne, Reed Glick, Mark Hillers, Kurtis Bay and Damin Lopez.

Steve DeMots is chief commercial officer at FEVO, an e-commerce platform serving the sports and entertainment industry, where he oversees business development, account management, distribution and partnerships. With more than 25 years in the ticketing industry, including executive roles at Paciolan and Tickets.com/MLB, DeMots brings extensive expertise in commercial strategy and industry partnerships.
Kerry Dunne is a marketing and business development executive with extensive experience across sports, entertainment and signature events. His background includes serving as president and CEO of sports franchises and working across corporate sponsorships, media partnerships, advertising, event development, sales strategy and entertainment production.
Reed Glick has extensive experience across the entertainment industry, including tour management and event production. He has worked with artists including Michael Jackson, Peter Gabriel, The Who and Red Hot Chili Peppers and produced exclusive events for American Express.
Mark Hillers brings extensive sales, consulting and business development experience, including work with automotive dealerships across the country on sales strategy and performance. A U.S. Army veteran and former Airborne Ranger, Hillers also brings longstanding relationships within the Las Vegas community.
Kurtis Bay is an executive operator focused on driving business outcomes across complex, multi-market organizations. His background includes work with the Phoenix Suns, Johnson Controls, AtmosAir and McKinstry, with experience building sales and operational infrastructure, aligning go-to-market strategies and leading teams through periods of growth and transition.
Damin Lopez is an entrepreneur and organizational leader with experience in business development and operations. He previously served as president and managing partner of Grupo Ñ Advertising and as vice president of operations for Julio Cesar Chavez Enterprises. Lopez also spent nine years as head basketball coach and Director of Major Gifts at St. Mary’s Catholic High School in Phoenix.
