PR Newswire
WALNUT, Calif., Sept. 16, 2026
Company advances multi-fuel inverter generators, high-power-density portable energy storage and complementary generator-battery platforms across Amazon, Walmart and direct-to-consumer channels
WALNUT, Calif., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ERAYAK Power Solution Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RAYA) (“ERAYAK” or the “Company”), a manufacturer and branded provider of power generation and power solution products, today highlighted the continued expansion of its ERAYAK-branded distribution network in the United States and outlined a broader product roadmap spanning portable power, multi-fuel inverter generators, battery energy storage and higher-capacity hybrid home power systems.
The strategy builds on ERAYAK’s experience in inverter technology, power electronics and generator manufacturing and is designed to create a scalable product platform extending from portable outdoor power to residential backup applications.
In the United States, ERAYAK is simultaneously expanding direct access to consumers through Amazon, Walmart Marketplace and its direct-to-consumer operations, providing the Company with a broader commercial platform for introducing its expanding power product portfolio.
Building a Multi-Channel U.S. Consumer Brand
ERAYAK’s U.S. commercial presence is being developed across three complementary online channels.
Amazon — ERAYAK products are offered to U.S. consumers through Amazon, where the Company has established experience selling its branded power solution products.
Walmart Marketplace — ERAYAK-branded products are live and searchable on Walmart’s U.S. Marketplace. The Company utilizes both Walmart Fulfillment Services and seller-fulfilled capabilities to support its developing presence on the platform.
Direct-to-Consumer — Through its own U.S.-focused e-commerce operations, ERAYAK is building direct customer relationships while maintaining greater control over product presentation, brand communication and the customer experience.
The Company believes this multi-channel structure can broaden consumer access to ERAYAK products, diversify customer acquisition and provide a stronger foundation for building ERAYAK as a consumer-facing power brand in North America.
From Dual-Fuel Portable Power to 30 kW-Class Tri-Fuel Home Backup
ERAYAK has developed a multi-fuel inverter generator portfolio designed to address progressively larger power requirements.
The Company’s dual-fuel inverter generator portfolio, including the 2400PD, 4500PD and 6800PD, supports gasoline and propane operation and is designed primarily for applications including camping, outdoor activities, recreational vehicles and portable backup power.
At the higher end of its current portable inverter generator portfolio, the 6800PT represents ERAYAK’s entry into a tri-fuel platform, adding natural gas capability alongside gasoline and propane.
Building from this platform, ERAYAK plans to focus its higher-power residential generator roadmap increasingly on tri-fuel inverter technology, with future product development extending progressively toward the 30 kW power class.
The Company believes multi-fuel capability becomes increasingly valuable as power requirements and outage duration increase. Natural-gas capability, where appropriate service is available and equipment is installed and operated in accordance with applicable requirements, can provide an additional source of extended-duration energy while reducing dependence on stored gasoline and repeated manual refueling.
ERAYAK’s development priorities for these higher-capacity systems include inverter-based power quality, multi-fuel flexibility, higher output and broader compatibility with residential backup applications.
Building a High-Power-Density Portable Energy Storage Platform
In parallel with its generator portfolio, ERAYAK plans to expand its battery-based portable power and energy storage product line.
At the portable end of the platform, planned products are intended to address applications including camping, recreational vehicles, outdoor work, mobile worksites and emergency field operations where users need quiet electrical power without operating a fuel-powered generator at the point of use.
ERAYAK believes the competitive capabilities of portable energy storage extend beyond battery capacity alone. Inverter output, surge capability, power density, thermal management and portability can determine which real-world loads a portable system is capable of supporting.
Building on the Company’s experience in inverter and power electronics technology, ERAYAK intends to emphasize high power density as an important product development direction — seeking to deliver greater usable AC output and stronger starting-load capability from increasingly compact and portable platforms while maintaining appropriate safety, thermal and reliability requirements.
The Company believes this approach can be particularly valuable for applications involving equipment with relatively high starting-power requirements, including certain power tools, mobile work equipment and emergency field equipment.
Rather than maximizing battery capacity alone, ERAYAK intends to optimize the relationship among power output, energy capacity, physical size and weight to increase the practical power capability of mobile energy systems.
Scaling From Portable Power to Residential Energy Storage
ERAYAK plans to develop its battery platform across progressively larger applications.
Compact systems are intended to serve individual users, camping and mobile work.
Larger systems can extend into recreational vehicles, campsites, remote worksites and other applications requiring greater energy capacity and AC output.
At the residential level, ERAYAK plans to develop higher-capacity inverter and energy storage systems, with the Company’s longer-term inverter roadmap extending toward the 30 kW power class.
This creates a product architecture spanning:
Portable Power → RV & Outdoor Work → Campsite & Mobile Power → Residential Backup
The Company believes a common foundation in inverter technology and power electronics can support product development across these different power classes.
Combining Generation and Storage Into a Hybrid Home Power Architecture
At the residential level, ERAYAK does not view fuel-powered generation and battery storage solely as competing technologies.
Instead, the Company intends to develop them as complementary components of a broader Hybrid Home Power Architecture.
Battery storage can provide quiet, immediately available electrical power for household loads, nighttime operation and shorter-duration outages without requiring continuous generator operation.
When an outage extends beyond available battery reserves, an outdoor multi-fuel inverter generator can provide longer-duration energy and, depending on the configuration of future systems, support replenishment of stored energy.
Under this architecture:
Battery storage provides quiet, immediate and high-quality electrical power.
Multi-fuel generation provides extended energy availability and fuel flexibility.
Inverter and future energy-management technologies provide the foundation for coordinating power sources, storage and household loads.
With both its higher-capacity tri-fuel generator roadmap and residential inverter roadmap planned to extend toward the 30 kW power class, ERAYAK intends to establish a technical foundation for increasingly integrated generation and storage solutions.
The long-term objective is to provide households with greater flexibility across quiet operation, immediate backup power, high-power loads, extended runtime and multiple available energy sources.
From Individual Power Products to an Integrated Energy Platform
ERAYAK’s product roadmap reflects a broader strategic objective: expanding from individual power products toward an integrated portfolio serving multiple levels of portable and residential energy resilience.
The Company’s planned product architecture includes:
- Portable battery power stations for camping, outdoor and mobile work;
- Dual-fuel inverter generators for camping, RV and portable backup applications;
- Higher-capacity tri-fuel inverter generators for residential backup;
- Larger battery systems for RV, campsite and higher-load applications;
- Residential inverter and energy storage systems;
- Hybrid inverter and energy-management technologies; and
- Related power conversion and energy products.
Over time, ERAYAK intends to pursue greater integration across these categories, creating a power ecosystem capable of generating, storing, converting and managing energy.
The Company believes its experience across generator manufacturing, inverter technology and power electronics provides a foundation for pursuing both fuel-based generation and battery-based energy storage within a common product strategy.
Building ERAYAK for the Next Stage of Growth
“Our strategy is not based on choosing between generators and batteries,” said Lingyi Kong, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ERAYAK Power Solution Group Inc.
“Different applications require different forms of energy. For camping, mobile work and shorter backup requirements, users increasingly need quiet and portable stored power with sufficient output capability. When an outage continues beyond available battery reserves, multi-fuel generation can provide the endurance that stored energy alone may not provide.”
Kong continued:
“ERAYAK’s experience in inverter technology and generators allows us to approach the same challenge from both directions — how to provide more usable power in a portable platform, and how to combine stored energy with sustained generation at the residential level. Our long-term objective is to build a product platform that extends from personal portable power all the way to higher-capacity home backup energy.”
“At the same time, our expansion across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace and direct-to-consumer operations gives us a stronger connection with U.S. customers. As our product portfolio expands, we believe customer feedback, product development and brand building can increasingly reinforce one another.”
Strengthening North American Operations
ERAYAK’s U.S. market development is supported by its North American operating infrastructure.
The Company established Nexora Group Inc. in the United States to strengthen regional sales, marketing and logistics capabilities while supporting localized product development and after-sales service for customers in the United States and Canada.
ERAYAK believes the combination of local operating capabilities, diversified digital distribution and an expanding power product portfolio can support a more scalable North American commercial platform over time.
Establishing the Foundation for a Broader Power Ecosystem
ERAYAK views these initiatives as components of a broader transition toward a business model combining:
Manufacturing capability + inverter and power electronics technology + ERAYAK brand ownership + U.S. multi-channel distribution + multi-fuel generation + battery storage + hybrid energy management.
From compact portable battery systems to RV and outdoor power, and from high-capacity tri-fuel generators to residential energy storage, ERAYAK intends to develop interconnected product platforms addressing progressively larger power requirements.
Management believes developing these capabilities together can strengthen ERAYAK’s competitive position and establish a foundation for a broader power ecosystem.
The Company intends to continue advancing its product roadmap and expects to provide additional updates regarding business performance through its regular financial reporting and other appropriate public disclosures.
